Brie has definitely become my favorite cheese over the past couple weeks. My friend Lucy came to stay with me recently, and she made a delicious hor d’oeuvre of melty brie with honey and garlic on bread. And I also discovered a new item on the menu of this cafe near my house that is a brie and apple burger, and it is ridiculously delicious. How have I not known how good this cheese is before???
